Denaq's Shipping Policies
For the convenience of our customers, DENAQ offers several different shipping options, with the aim of meeting the delivery requirements of every customer. For the ease of your ordering processes, we combine several shipping methods into four simple options, selectable at the time of order. DENAQ exclusively uses shipping services from UPS and the United States Postal Service. Below is a description of each shipping service we offer.
- DNQ My Risk (Free!) means that an order will be shipped in the most cost-effective manner possible. This shipping method is completely free for our customers, and may or may not come with tracking information. This shipping method is FOB shipping point; the customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment after it leaves our warehouse, and is in transit with the carrier.
- DNQ Standard ($1.00 per order) will ship the order using either UPS or USPS, making use of a service which includes tracking information. Tracking information is always provided to the customer at this service level. For orders going via USPS, this means that orders will use a service which includes Delivery Confirmation. For UPS, all shipments by default include tracking information. Customers using this service are charged a low $1.00 flat rate per order.
- DNQ Express ($14.95 per order) will ship to any physical street address, guaranteeing arrival in 3 business days or less. Tracking information is always provided to the customer at this service level. Bear in mind that this service option is only available to physical street addresses in the United States; orders submitted using the DNQ EXPRESS shipping option, but addressed to P.O. Boxes, APO, or other non-street addresses, will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- DNQ Overnight ($31.95 per order) will use whatever shipping service necessary to get the order to its destination, anywhere in the continental United States, on the next business day.
- DNQ International ($5.95 per order) will ship to an international destination for a low flat rate per order. This shipping service uses USPS First Class Mail international to meet it's service requirement. For international shipments, the trained personnel at DENAQ will take care of all customs forms and paperwork.
